Eatzi Gourmet Bakery

Swiss roll is light and not too sweet. Size is 14cm x 5cm so set ypur expectations. Self collection at compass one branch but manager seemed unaware of my order. Showed him my invoice and he packed my items.

This cake was ordered for my daughter’s birthday party in school. I had requested for the cake to be delivered in the 11am to 1pm delivery slot, additionally requesting for it to be delivered as early as possible, due to the timing being very close to the end of the AM session. The cake was delivered around 11:15am, so I was very glad for that.

Great cake, collection can be easier as i have to navigate myself to the collection point within Jack's place commercial kitchen without instructions

Seller allow me to upgrade a few days before the event with just few WhatsApp msg.

The cakes were delivered at 4.30pm. Delivery person was very helpful to help put the two cakes in the fridge at my party venue and teach me the proper handling to take out later.

Was too busy preparing the venue and forgotten to take proper photos for the review. The photo were taken after the event.

Not too bad but a little too sweet. Can lessen the sugar will be ideal. Hand written message comes along instead of the message card

That cake looks really appealing overall. The glossy top layer has a smooth, mirror-like finish that suggests a well-made glaze—likely something fruity like mango or apricot. The sides coated in toasted almond flakes add a nice texture contrast and give it a slightly premium, bakery-style look.
The single lit candle and “Happy Birthday” message make it feel festive and ready to serve. The writing is a bit simple and slightly uneven, but that can add a homemade charm depending on the vibe.
If I had to nitpick, the presentation could be elevated with cleaner piping or a bit more decoration on top (like fresh fruit or chocolate accents). But as it stands, it looks delicious, fresh, and well put together—definitely something most people would be happy to dig into.

Had not purchased from Eatzi Gourmet Bakery for quite some time so decided to try them out again this round. The cake was beautifully decorated with Oreo biscuits, cake was not too sweet as well and we love it. Will try out other flavors in future.

Definitely a decadent dessert crafted for true chocolate lovers. It features layers of soft, crispearl chocolate sponge paired with smooth, rich chocolate mousse cream, creating a light yet indulgent texture!

Yummy cookies. Soft melt in your mouth butter cookies with nutella ganache on top. The nutella is not that sweet.

Good service from jack's place parkway! cookies are nice, i bought it again as its very yummy! can't wait to get it again next year.
