Eatzi Gourmet Bakery

Great choice of location for self-collection as they deliver to any Jack Place restaurant. When I collect at GEMS Jack Place Level 4, they even get a staff to help me carry the cake all the way to my transport at level 1 without me asking, great service initiative! Cake was nice and cream fresh & light, well done.

Great service in term of a lot of locations to choose from for self-collect via Jack restaurant & also I asked to change the standard black macarons to purple, no problem with baker. On actual collection, pleasantly surprise is sparkling purple, very nice and my girl love it.

**Delivery**
Delivery was on time and my 2.5kg cake were delivered in excellent condition.

**Food**
The decoration on the cake was detailed and nicely done. Colors were vibrant and eye catching! The flavor that i choose was Moist Chocolate and it was delicious, textures was not dry and chocolate were not too sweet.

Recommended!

I initially chose Heaven & Earth flavour and requested to make it less sweet. Helpful advice from the Merchant to consider changing the flavour as the taste maybe a little odd if they were to reduce the sweetness level due to its original white chocolate content.

Changed to BlackForest Mousse flavour. Beautifully decorated with floral design with a classic yet simple tasteful cake. Hope there was more black forest mousse though.

Nice pastries.

It was our 2nd time ordering this cake; as the same design we had ordered the year before tasted really great & had won all our guests' praises - our son loved it too and requested that we order it again for his birthday. The design was still really adorable; however, this year's cake wasn't as perfect as the one we had ordered last year - this one tasted less chocolatey & was a little too creamy. We had preferred the cake last year & were a little disappointed that this year's wasn't as good as the last's. Nevertheless, would still highly recommend Eatzi Gourmet for its excellent service & still generally yummy cakes!
