We all love this cake! Our first house of cake from JP. Customer service was also excellent. I actually entered wrong pickup location but thankfully they called to double check details of order and I realized my mistake from it. The actual cake was as cute as the picture on the website; even with extra gummy candies as border. The kids loved the gummies and finished them all. Cake was also very yummy and all my guests loved it & sang praises for it. Order confirmation was also prompt. Was initially charged for a festive surcharge on delivery even though I had opted for self-collection. Staff contacted me promptly that it was a technical glitch and refunded the surcharge to me accordingly. Prompt & very polite service! Cake collection was also hassle-free. Would definitely recommend Eatzi and would order from them again!
