I received the voucher in time and there are a lot of options on the website.Things so far so good, i haven't try to use the vouchers to redeem cake yet.

Fast and easy baby full mth E-Vch send to family and friends. Detail and filling up was easy to submit. The only things should have a WhatsApp option for sending.

Used Foodline's e-vouchers for baby's full month celebration and it was easy to purchase. It was also easy to distribute with clear instructions, all done from a computer! Best thing is there are a variety of vendors to claim the voucher from, so relatively fuss free for those receiving the vouchers.

Buy voucher, get a link to key a few info to whom you want to gift the voucher to.
Recipient will then receive a link with pin code.
As for redemption: I don't really like the redemption process as i find it troublesome. Need to go to that particular link, key in pin code, scroll down the steps, click acceptance of terms, then select merchant.
The ANNOYING part: Foodline keep having pop ups.

Not bad , very user friendly and speedy response. Hopefully , can be further improve with using apps in IOS or android in future

I opted to use Foodline’s physical and e vouchers for my son’s full month celebrations as I liked the wide variety of food merchants available for redemption and its convenience, as compared to having to purchase and physically distribute/deliver the traditional full month snack boxes. The Foodline team was also helpful and were able to allow me to pick up my physical vouchers within one working day. The vouchers were a hit with my friends and family as well. Highly recommend this service!
