FoodLine Gift Vouchers

Voucher is convenient to purchase. Able to select physical or e-voucher. However, people tend to forget about the e-voucher and ended up wasting money. This is my 2nd time buying the baby full month's voucher for my second born even though the first time I had about one-third of vouchers not redeemed by my guests as they forgot. But despite this, the convenience and their wide list of merchants to redeem the vouchers from is still the plus points for me to purchase it a second time. It would be great if they could do a website refresh to be more mobile-friendly (easier to find merchants based on user gps) and user-friendly (current interface is too messy and difficult to navigate).
