More time I had about one-third of vouchers not redeemed by my guests as they forgot. But despite this, the convenience and their wide list of merchants to redeem the vouchers from is still the plus points for me to purchase it a second time. It would be great if they could do a website refresh to be more mobile-friendly (easier to find merchants based on user gps) and user-friendly (current interface is too messy and difficult to navigate).
