We love this dessert because it is sweet, sour, salty. Just remember to have a bit of the various layers in every bite and we are sure you will love this. Sink your spoon all the way to the bottom of the jar, scoop out that mouthful of cake, mousse and pistachio, savor it slowly and surely.

This dessert is made of layers of vanilla soft cake, lychee mousse with lychee bits and topped with chunks of salted pistachio.

Strawberries. Fresh and tangy, ever so right for the warm, humid weather. What makes this dessert pop even more is the crunchy caramelised flakes layer right on top, as if it’s an upside down strawberry cheese cake, with the crust on top instead.

Absolutely a favourite for all durian lovers. We use only Mao Shan Wang to make this great treat for you (and ourselves). We would highly recommend this!

s it too sweet?

That's the question we always get when we recommend the caramel flavour. But we make our own caramel sauce to ensure that it is not as sweet as what you might be used to. The sauce is beautifully caramelised, with a nice touch of butter and seasoned with a pinch of rock salt.

Not to worry. We make sure it’s the right dose to make the lavender scent subtle but present in the dessert. We use real lavender flowers so you might be lucky to see and taste some of them. This delightful dessert also contains some fresh blueberries for a burst of tanginess to balance out the honey lavender mousse.
