The cake tasted good. Real lychee & rose flavors. Everyone at the party enjoyed it, but just that old people said it was "a bit too sweet", which is not unexpected. It did seem a bit more moist at the bottom layer than the top. Come to think of it, ... More the top layer of sponge was a tad bit dry.

Delivery was earlier than expected. Not sure if the delivery guy rang the doorbell or no-one answered when he knocked, but my sister was surprised when he opened the door unexpectedly. Might want to try alternative methods of getting a customer's attention this time.

The texture of the cake was dry and heavy, with visible air pockets inside.

The decoration is as described from the picture, only ... More strawberry is a bit greenish. You any see from the picture.

As the cake that you ordered is a buttercake based cake, it requires time to thaw prior to consumption if not the cake would feel a little heavy or dry as the butter in the cake is ... More still hard.

Thank you for your feedback. It was unfortunate that the cake did not meet your expectations, do note that the cake should be thawed prior to consumption as per our cake care sticker atop the cake box.
In regards to the flour ... More taste, to be honest, that is the first time we had this feedback. It might have been the walnut that you are tasting but we will take it into consideration and look into it.
