The service is good, delivery is punctual, delivery man is polite and friendly. We are quite impressed.

The texture of the cake was dry and heavy, with visible air pockets inside.

The decoration is as described from the picture, only ... More strawberry is a bit greenish. You any see from the picture.

As the cake that you ordered is a buttercake based cake, it requires time to thaw prior to consumption if not the cake would feel a little heavy or dry as the butter in the cake is ... More still hard.
