Have been ordering pine garden annually! It’s my fav cake shop and the cakes are not too sweet. Will order again

Cake taste was mediocre. Got it for the old school vibe. But their service was top-notch. Got a text that the icing to the cake delivered to the restaurant was damaged, and a few texts after, they offered to make a new one to deliver to the restaurant. Also lucky that we chose the earlier delivery timeslot which gave us some buffer. So all was good. Thanks Erica and Rachel for the great service recovery.

Delivery was punctual, cake was done per picture request. Cake was delicious. Able to stay out for more than 4 hours.

The pulut hitam flavour still as good as usual, not too sweet yet very aromatic. Definitely solve the craving of my family member, will return again in future!

Ordering was fuss free. Delivery window was a bit wide (3-7pm) but cake arrived around 3pm. Delivery was by Pine Garden staff, he even asked us to check the cake before he leave. Excellent service. Tasty as usual, Pine Garden cakes are always good. Happy with my order!

This is our 2nd Black Forest for this month as both birthday men like to have pine garden cakes. This is our flavourite cake so we will placed order every year.
