Yours sincerely’s customer service is top notch. We requested to bring forward the delivery date in a day’s notice due to the heightened dine in restrictions. They did it without questions asked. They also delivered on time and compliments to the delivery lady who is so friendly and bubbly. The cake is average tbh but bought because of the money pulling . Thanks for making my mom’s 70th birthday memorable!

They were very accommodating to accept my last minute request! It was very easy to contact them and liaise on the minor details, even when I entered wrong delivery address by mistake. It was truly a joy to watch my mom enjoy the money pulling surprise. The cake was moist and not too sweet. The mahjong tiles weren't perfect (the colours bled a little) but it was acceptable. Overall a positive experience. Thank you!

Glad that I topped up extra for the premium chocolate fudge as well as the cake might have been dry without it.

Cake tastes great and not too overly sweet, which is a plus point for elderly folks.

One thing that I do not really like is the external red frosting of the cake, which is tasteless and quite a hassle to deal with when cutting the cake as it colored our fingers red and it was rather difficult to remove even after washing. I would recommend the bakery to switch the external layer to fondant instead for future orders.

It is so RED! go for a RED cake after it won the majority vote of family member, and guess what, it is really a piece of art which not only heartwarming but taste super duper yummy, indeed brought the family a lot of happiness. Seller is so creative & flexible to replace the word of fortune with the number of age upon requested. Simply like it. Big thanks to seller.
