Food was decent. My friends and family love it. However I feel the portion was not generous. Advisable to order more than your actual number of guest.

I ordered 3 pax tingkat dinner from Robert catering services. The food is ok and the portion is just right.

Drinks run out fast and not enough paper plates. Otherwise is ok. It would have been better if they provided more paper plates

Ordered catering for 30 paxs + 2 bentos but quantity seems not to be enough. Ended up ordering pizza delivery and other food to top up.

Food ok, portion sometimes small for 2 pax.
Also food very saltish at times.........................

Orderd 30 days and I regretted. After 1 week, all the dishes are almost the same, repeated dishes… no variety. Request for skip meals but got all the dates mixed up. Asked for the menu since day 1 but never have I seen the menu being sent to me. Request for boneless chicken but came with crushed bone mixed with the meat.

Food tasted nice and was cooked in quite a healthy way. However, it was kind of unacceptable that for a 10-day package, one time the rice was missing while another time the soup was not delivered. And there were no compensation at all for the missing items. Quite appalling customer service.

On many occasions, the delivery is tardy and inconsistent. Because of the inconsistent delivery, our food has gone bad a number of times. Despite requesting for a weekly menu many times, and despite them saying that they will do it, Robert Catering still doesn't provide the menu of the menu, so you never know what you'll be getting until the day itself. Overall, the caterer's service definitely needs bucking up.
