Food tasted nice and was cooked in quite a healthy way. However, it was kind of unacceptable that for a 10-day package, one time the rice was missing while another time the soup was not delivered. And there were no compensation at all for the ... More missing items. Quite appalling customer service.

Dishes and soup are prepared in quite a healthy way and tasted good. However, they failed to deliver the meal on one of the days and had to feedback for a second time for the compensated meal to be delivered on another day.

The overall taste of dishes and soups are ok , though they tend to get repetitive from time to time.

Dishes are generally ok and not too repetitive. Soups are somehow less flavourful and on some days the rice quality can be a little disappointing. But overall, is acceptable for the price package.

Dishes are generally quite tasty with adequate seasoning but not too much just like home cook meals. Portion is also ok and caterer manage to made up for missing item within a few days.

Nice mix of dishes and soups are delicious. However, there was once where they forgot to include in the soup and there were no apologies or additional item offered the next day, even when feedbacked on the day itself. So, was kinda disappointed by ... More their customer service.

Food is overall sincerely cooked. Taste and food choices also suit as well. Food arrives quite early though at around 2.30-3+ pm daily. Otherwise, satisfied with the food and soup for the price paid.

Nice choices and good tasting homemade dishes and soups, mostly delivered around dinner time, at an attractive pricing package before the GST markup.

Good delivery timing, not too early and not too late. Also nice choices of dishes and like that one can choose to opt out of certain food.

Good variety of food, egg dishes and finger food are tasty and rarely offered by other food caterers.
