+ROBERT CATERING SERVICES PTE LTD

Food is slightly salty but otherwise tasty. Good and polite customer service and food received on time.

Food was good and service is excellent.. Very nice and friendly staff who help to carry the food down and also nice customer service with prompt reply and also updates n confirmation. Food portion was enough for 10 pax . Curry vegetable was yummy as the gravy is thick and nice . Item was well packed too

The delivery was prompt and fuss free. The participants gave feedback that the food was good, except that some of the packets had the chicken neck, which wasn't appetizing.

Food was great, portion was just right. No one touched the mango pudding because it was so difficult to open. Overall it was a good experience.

Food wise, Robert Catering does a pretty good job. The problem is that the delivery is often tardy and inconsistent, and we even had a missed delivery once. Robert Catering also doesn't provide the menu of the menu, so you never know what you'll be getting until the day itself. Overall, the caterer can be considered, but their service definitely needs bucking up.

Nice foods to indulge every weekday at lunch hour. Offers a lot of variety. Each day it is different meal.

The fish taste weird, curry is quite good though. portion is small.
and most importantly, customer service is not responsive

Every dish exceeded expected tonight. We especially loved the chicken and the pineapple rice as they were so tasteful.

The only problem we had tonight was that the dessert container cracked and everything was leaking everywhere.

Overall, it was still a memorable evening for everyone, and it’s definitely value for money.

Service - the delivery is friendly, and the food is early by 10 mins
Food - All food is delicious, as this is our second time ordering.

Service was excellent. Food set-up was beautiful. Food was very good, everyone enjoyed it. The most favorite was the fish and prawn and honey dew sago.
