By far, my worst experience catering through Foodline.

Nobody contacted me to confirm the order and we only managed to call and get a respond that the food is arriving 15min before the event started.

The packaging and display needed ... More improvement. The food did not look appealing for the price paid per pax.

The yusheng was terrible!!! I ordered an extra portion and both were missing the sliced abalones. The oil used for the yusheng tasted very bad, which ruined the entire tray of yusheng when mixed. I had so much complaints from the guests during the event.

For clarity, the food and setup were delivered on time for your 12:00 pm ... More event, and the Yu Sheng was freshly prepared on the same day at approximately 10:30 am. While the Yu Sheng was delivered, we acknowledge your dissatisfaction regarding the missing abalone slices and taste preference.

Following the event, our team made multiple follow-up phone calls to check in and ensure everything was agreeable and satisfactory. As a gesture of goodwill, we also refunded the full amount for the Yu Sheng, despite the item being delivered and the issue relating only to the missing abalone slices.

We take all feedback seriously and will continue improving our quality checks, presentation, and communication. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Every dish exceeded expected tonight. We especially loved the chicken and the pineapple rice as they were so tasteful.

The only problem we had tonight was that the dessert container cracked and everything was leaking everywhere.

Ordered the min order for 15 pax as stated available on the website. Was then told that the caterer increased the minimal order to 20 pax instead. Proceeded with the order still as time was running out and only a few caterers were available on the ... More required date.

The food delivery did not meet my expectations at all.

1) The Portion did not look like it was meant for 20 pax.
2) The Thai Pineapple Fried Rice looked like it was meant for 10 pax, as it was in a tub, the same size as what was provided by other caterers for 10 pax.
3) The Thai Style chicken had more flour than chicken. It was dry and cold when served.
4) Crispy Oat Fish was the better dish among the dishes.
5) The sotong fritters were chewy. Guests had a hard time eating them.
6) The Curry mixed vegetable only had ladyfingers n brinjal in it. It did not felt complete.
7) The Chilled Chin Chow with Longan came frozen, in a small 18cm x 18cm container. Again, barely enough for 10 pax.

I only had 16 guests that day, and there was not enough food to serve to the guests. None of the guests gave positive feedback and I ended up ordering pizzas instead.
