Not to my expectations,brought for my mum. To my understanding she’s not a fussy person. But she complain to me food mostly fried stuff,and processed food like hot dog fish cakes,1or 2 days they come with fried mee or bee Hoon may be better but overall the portion very less as per feed back,fried food a lot, CNY no delivery also no inform in advance..my mum suffer from hunger. And after that still inform me my tingkat going to end but actually they skip few days no delivery yet still count in

Admin was prompt but delivery supposed to come between 11am to 12noon but came early at 10am+. In addition, deliveryman just left at the door for 2 days in a row. Lastly, ordered for 5 days but they told us that last 2 days cannot deliver due to CNY peak! We are still waiting for refund for that 2 days which i did not receive! Food was so so only Will not order again!

Ordered 31 packets drinks but only 20 came, the driver told us that he was told to give only 20 but upon calling Robert Catering, they told us that the 11 packets were wrongly delivered to a different venue. Unfortunate that this slight miscommunication has led to a bit of an inconvenience on my company's end and we had to rush to purchase additional drinks for our clients. Ordered 11 packs of pineapple rice set but our client has noted to us that 7 out of the 11 packs were found to be white rice.

Overall the food and services are quite OK. but found the phone provided not reachable or obsoleted until I called yesterday, because I wondering why there was no delivery food.

Food is subpar and often cold. Served in a single bento box with small portions. Will not order again

Service quite bad:
I change from dinner to lunch, they agreed. Then next day wait until 1pm, still no delivery. Call them, they say forgot to change! Next time, they have a note saying no more dinner at some date. Then nxt day wait until 1pm, Iask them, they say lunch also dont have! Why dont tell me the day before when I ask u? Why only say dinner dont have?? Dont understand how they do the service.... Everytime need to wait until very hungry and ask them, then they say dont have.... They promise to top up dessert and dishes for the trouble caused. But until now, all delivery finish, no any dessert or additonal dishes! And when I ask them in whatsapp, they disappear??? Nvr reply. Quite bad service...Not sure why they make mistakes so often and dont keep their promise.
Food :
Not recommend. We order 3 pax. The food is quite liitle, adult cannot accept. The only meat dish always be only few meat balls or 1 sausage per pax...Seriously? The quality is far far lower than mixed veg and rice, also lower than another catring I ordered before.
Delivery : ontime

My first time ordering from Robert catering and following are my views:
1) First time encountered Kitchen closed but at least they did informed us earlier.

2) For the food portion, it is not enough for 2. We have to buy/cook some food to topup.

3) The food is delivered quite earlier around 3-4pm.

The standard of food delivered has recently dropped quite substantially to the extent it blurred the good impression we had of Robert Catering. There is no consistency in maintaining the good standard of food.

Food is OK-ish only. Edible, but not tasty. Hospital food is tastier. Could have been better for $8+ per pax. Portion is too little for 2 pax. Lots of operational and delivery issues, but good that management is quick to recover and resolve. Also, instructions not followed. Delivery is early and on time so that is great, but clear delivery signs not followed.

Initially food was okay but after awhile the processed food keeps repeating. delivery not regular sometimes before 2pm already left at my door and once it only came at 7.45pm after a few calls
