Delivery time is not consistent. They do provide free dessert unfortunately most of the time is sour. The customer service is kind of disappointed.

My first time ordering from Robert catering and following are my views:
1) First time encountered Kitchen closed but at least they did informed us earlier.

2) For the food portion, it is not enough for 2. We have to buy/cook some food to ... More topup.

3) The food is delivered quite earlier around 3-4pm.

Repeated customer. There is some hiccups but the staff was nice and polite to assist. As for the food, there is still room for improvement.

Generally, the food is good and is value for money. A small issue is that for 20days quite a number of times, the vegetable is cabbage.

The food are not oily and salty and portion is just nice. Customer service is good as they will resolve your issue asap. Thumbs up!

I would say the customer service is good and staff is very polite. Food wise i could only say there is still room to improve but the soup should considered good.

I like about them is that they use whatsapp to inform customer any information. Even when you want to skip a day, you just inform them through whatsapp. It is that easy.
As for food wise, it is less oily and less salt.

The food is up to my expectation. This is my second time ordering and I will definitely continue with them. The best part I like about them is that they do provide desserts for the first timer.

Every meal the soup will spill on the bag. Had already feedback to company hope they will make improvement.

I like about Hewtop is that they will provide customer a hardcopy of the menu for every 2 weeks. At least I can prepare other food for my kids if I know that day there is will spicy food. Keep up the good job.!!
