Buffet was set up timely and in order. Food was not too bad and my guests had a good time. The fish was a bit dry but otherwise the rest are ok

Monday to Friday Lunch meals are satisfying and delicious. Good range of ingredients and recipes included in the delicacies.

Yang Chow Fried Rice 杨洲炒饭 - Nice and not oily. Can even see the the eggs.
Signature Curry Chicken 咖喱鸡 - Very very fresh, highly recommended. Best curry I have eaten over the years of catering.
Wheat Prawn 麦片虾 - Seem like no wheat at all and fried only. The portion was way too less for 22 pax. each can take only 1.5 prawn.
Sweet & Sour Fish 酸甜魚片 - like the rest of the caterers.
Fried Handmade Prawn Roll 福建虾枣 - Not nice and can't really taste the prawn. More like flour roll.
Broccoli w Assorted Mushroom 三菇西兰花 - Extremely fresh and generous. Guest love it.
Iced jelly w Cocktail 愛玉冰 - Super sweet and way too much for 22 pax.
Mini Chocolate Éclair 迷你巧克力卜 - normal
Assorted Packet Drinks 什锦包装水 - was given lychee and no one took any....

The portion is way too less for 22 pax. 5 of our guest cannot make it and only 15 pax left. The portion just nice. Either the food is nice or all guest too hungry. Overall, I would recommend this caterer but do cater more pax. Seriously the portion doesn't match the no of pax. All guests like the food.

This was my second order on back to back days. Caterer messed up my order and gave me the exact same menu as the one I had on the first day even though the invoice was shown to be different menus. Although it is not as huge of an issue, I thought that this would have been avoidable and I would have been able to try different dishes from the caterer.

Otherwise the food was good and the delivery was very prompt.

The foods were delicious and non - greasy, foods portions were adequate. if the table can be alttle wider will be good.
Will recmmend to my friends to order again to deliver in 19th Oct 24 to the same place.

Overall the food quality was quite good, it was tasty and up to standards.

The delivery was very punctual too. I requested to deliver the food by 5.30PM and it was promptly done before the stated timing.

However, the food portion might feel small for some as caterer is quite stringent on the amount of food given. There will not be any top ups. You get what you paid for/asked for.

The food and service is good.. Will order again when there event again.. worth the money.. ..........

Food arrived much earlier than indicated, 11.15am, instead of 12 noon. Portion is just nice for the number of pax I've ordered.

Food ok but sometimes too salty. Would be good if cut down on salt
Also portion for 2 a bit small, can serve more green leafy vegetables to compensate for.

Dinner delivery was late on one occasion due to assigned driver was on MC and the new driver could have missed his way causing late delivery. On another occasion, a prawn dish was presented although no seafood was requested upfront. For this incident, the caterer replaced one additional dish on next day delivery. Overall, the service seemed to have improved over previous bad experience, and the food quality has maintained its standard at this price point. I was hoping the communication channel with the caterer can be better although there is room for improvement.
