On one occasion, despite request to skip meal, the dinner still delivered and caused food wastage again. Food quality was acceptable at this price point. Service wise can be better in managing skip meal request.

Food quality was acceptable, and delivery was always on time. Only on one occasion that the dinner was delivered although it was cancelled for that day. Overall, a decent Tingkat delivery caterer at this price point.

On the first day of delivery, received a plastic wire in the vegetable dish. In addition, the portion of this vegetable dish had seemed to be much smaller for 3 pax. On another occasion, received a sour tofu dish believed it to be a spoilt food dish. Feedback to caterer and receive no compensation. On a few occasions, the portion of the dishes were much smaller for 3 pax. Overall, very disappointing with this caterer and will definitely not recommend to all out there. My first try shall be my last try.

The replacement dish eventually arrived after 3 ... More attempts; sounds like very unwilling to provide the replacement dish. Overall, the food quality was so-so or at best average standard. The food actually always arrives on time, but the service can be better in view of the above incident for my case.

On 2 occasions received prawn dish while I requested no seafood for this order. Anyway, this was compensated with 2 dishes upon feedback regarding this incident. Dinner delivery was late on one occasion due to assigned driver was on MC and the new driver could have missed his way causing late delivery. On another occasion, a prawn dish was presented although no seafood was requested upfront. For this ... More incident, the caterer replaced one additional dish on next day delivery. Overall, the service seemed to have improved over previous bad experience, and the food quality has maintained its standard at this price point. I was hoping the communication channel with the caterer can be better although there is room for improvement.

Admin side can be better managed as my request to skip meals on certain dates, the dinner still deliver on that very day. On one occasion, the dinner didn't arrive, but that day supposed to have my dinner. Very confusing management for skip meals ... More process. Food tasted salty on many occasions and received charred egg dish on one occasion. Although complained was well received but the management promised to compensate one dish for the incident did not take place. In view that my order request no spicy and seafood, I have received numerous "happy meal" as a substitute. Not sure why this kind of standard this caterer is trying to show. The comms channel with the caterer can be better improve too.

Requested to skip meals but still receive the dinner delivery on 2 occasions. This was a repeated mistake by the caterer since my last contract with them and they promised to make good the communication within the kitchen. I am half hope to gain any ... More improvement after several encounters with them and half suspect this may happen for my cancellation for tomorrow. Overall, the food quality is of acceptable at this price point, but the variety can be better, and portion can be more for 2 pax order.
