Signature Sauce Pork Rib King & Salted Egg Tiger Prawns: Both were tasty and well-executed, though again, a bit pricey at $49.90 each. Overall, the taste is there, but the price-to-portion ratio is a bit off. Would be a 5-star experience if the 'premium' ingredients were more visible! Generally the taste was genuinely good. I understand it’s the CNY period which usually means higher prices, but at nearly $50 a dish, I still expected more generous portions of the premium ingredients. Good flavor, but definitely a pricey treat! On the plus side, the service was excellent.
