Storing Method:
Products upon delivery may store in chillier for next day use if to keep in chiller max 5 days.; if keep in frozen may max 18 months subject “date best before” use.

Cooking methods:
After thaw at chiller, open the cover but leave the cover on surface not close tight so that the food will not spill during microwave in process. Micro wave in 60 or more sec in Mid heat subject to your preference. Caution not over cooked or burnt.
For Lasagne, Mid heat 1 min; restart 3 mins; this is to avoid for over burnt on the surface.
Add salt, pepper or cheese, other ingredients subject to your own taste bud.
