Food came on time. Guests loved the dry laksa and salted egg fish. Portions were decent. Set up was efficient and on time

Food arrived earlier than requested but delivery and pick up staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food portion was good but was on salty side, laksa is very good but the salted egg fish is only soso. Overall setup and display is nice, will order again.

Food was great and the guests all liked the food alot. Choices were appropriate and balanced in taste

Received the food at 4+pm although the delivery supposed to be 6pm, but it’s acceptable since it’s during Xmas day. All the food are tasty, and the price is very reasonable. The portion for the sides are also big. Beyond our expectations. Also thanks to both Foodline and Amici for their high service standards to accept my very last min order. Saved my party. ?

Food was okay, although the combination was a bit tough to navigate given we were looking for options that might be easier accessible by everybody, nearly every option had something spicy, or fried, or contains shellfish.

The worse was the extremely slow customer service and communication. Order took very long to be confirmed to the point if they had said no, I might be left with no buffer time left for a plan B. Emails sent to ask if i could add on quantity were left unanswered. Would not order again given the anxiety it causes, lest one ends up with no food on the actual event day.

Food came a tad too early 55 minutes before schedule (plus i added my own 30minutes buffer), so when it was time to eat, which was nearly 90-120 minutes after it was delivered, food was no longer warm. But i suppose better early than late?

Delivery was on time and food arrived warm! we loved the pasta penne and the salad, it was really nice and all my guests loved it!

While the food from Amici Catering was good overall, the service was incredibly disappointing. The server arrived to clear the food just 1.5 hours into the event, even though I had clearly communicated that clearing should only happen 2 hours after the start time. When I asked him to return at the agreed time, he stood in the room with a visibly unpleasant attitude, making everyone uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, he demanded my helper a drink while waiting, yes he did not ask me. He went to my HELPER for A DRINK! This was a birthday party for my 2-year-old daughter held in a small condo function room, and his presence left us feeling rushed and uneasy as we tried to enjoy the meal.

I shared my concerns with Amici’s team, but the sales manager seemed dismissive and uninterested in addressing the issue. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend this caterer for future events.

Overall the food is satisfying for this caterer. The delivery guy waited for the whole event to be over and then clear the food thereafter. Like their food.

The food portion was just nice and service was excellent. Small hiccup with the drink but they quickly sorted it out.
