Angel's Restaurant

Portion of food not sufficient for 30 guests. I have to get my helper to cook addition fried beehoon.
The fruit punch was served in a container that was leaking resulting in half of the buffet table and the floor become wet. Have to mop the floor. Luckily, I have placed the buffet table in the car porch.

One dish was delivered wrongly (should be chicken satay instead of fried toufu). Called office, staff direct me to call boss(Andy) and take a pic of the wrong food delivered.

Boss (Andy) is kind enough to deliver the satay 45 mins later by himself and gave us the fried toufu as a compensation.

Overall comments from my family and relatives that the food was so so only especially the curry chicken and roast duck. The gravy for the curry chicken is so dilute and not spicy enough and the roast duck not juicy enough.

But they liked the chicken satay and fried bee hoon.

Food is nice. Satay is soft. Overall all is nice. Service is good and friendly too. Thank you so much.

Spread of food is good.
Chinese Cold Dish Combination is good, especially the squid.

Suggestion
Mantou Bun served with chilli Crab meat sauce is nice, however it would be nicer if the sauce can be more thicker, may be added some cheese to it, it will be more tasty; the Mantou should be more crispy.

Shanghai Pancake with Red Bean Filling - filling is good and sufficient, however the skin a bit too thick and not crispy.

Good food. We enjoy our dinner. Is good that we have food at home and at the same time family bonding. We share our 2019 blessing and after we share our New Year 2020 resolutions. We have our family photo taking after dinner.

Most of the dishes are nice, especially the nonya curry chicken, fried white bee hoon with seafood , chicken and mutton satay, braised duck with chestnut and mushroom, teriyaki salmon and fried king prawn har lokmy girl favourite. Good comments from relatives, nonya chicken eat well with white bee hoon and tumeric rice

Very sumptuous and interesting spread!! All my guests were not disappointed with the dishes at all... prawns were big and fresh, scallops and abalone were generous, salmon were cooked well and not dry....will definitely order again from this caterer.

Delicious food. The curry is very nice. The spring rolls is fine too. The braised tofu was quite delicious too. The mee siam quantity was quite good. Enough to eat. But the vegetables in the Gado gado is not really cooked and hence quite hard and the satay sauce has too much oil.
