Aster Pau

Aster Pau was founded and managed by Siji Trading Pte Ltd since October 2011 with its first kiosk operating in Suntec City Mall Singapore. The name “Aster” was named after a plant (genus Aster) of the daisy family that has bright rayed flowers, typically purple or pink. Aster also symbolizes quality and taste. To date, Aster Pau can be found in currently in 6 different locations namely, AMK Hub, Raffles City Shopping Centre, Serangoon NEX, Bishan Junction 8, Bukit Panjang Plaza and West Gate .

Aster Pau aims to introduce traditional Hong Kong Dim Sum into the local market with a concept like never before. The idea as to bring products from the upscale restaurant to the mid-market by means of a take away kiosk selling products that contains 50% meat and 50% vegetables and by using less oil (chef formulated olive oil), less unhealthy fats and increase the contents with more fibres & grains and also more functional ingredients, it’s no wonder Aster Pau is one of the healthier choice to the consumers in comparison our competitors in the market.

Aster Pau was subsequently proposed to focus on innovation creations that combines traditional Dim Sum making with trendy new ingredients. Our dedicated Chef has proven his culinary skills with successful recipe like Custard Lava Bun (流沙包). Furthermore, ALL our items are carefully Handmade by our dedicated Chef.

We are confident with our products and we will be able to achieve our vision. After all, there is no border to a creative culinary!
