We were looking forward to the dinner gathering but the general low standard of food spoilt our mood. Here is our feedback on the individual dishes: Lemon Fish Fillet – sauce is nice but fried crumbs are way more than the fish. We give a 4 out of 10 score for the sauce. Cereal Prawns – We suspect that frozen prawns are used for this dish because the prawns are hard to chew. We give a 2 out of 10 score Honey Milk Chicken Cubes - Tasted more of fried crumbs than the meat itself. A miserable score of 2 out of 10 Golden Sand Chicken - very dry. - Tasted more of fried crumbs than the meat itself. A miserable score of 2 out of 10 Salad Prawns – We suspect that frozen prawn is used for this dish because the prawns are hard to chew. We were taken aback that the prawns are not shelled as salad prawn dishes are usually shelled to “mop up” the goodness of the sauce. The salad sauce tasted decent though.
