Location surcharges $20 ($21.80 w/GST) are applicable for the following areas: CBD, Town Area, Changi, Loyang, Changi Airport, Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, Airport Cargo Road (postal code within 01-09, 17-19, 22-27, 49-50, 62, 81).

For deliveries to all these places, there is an additional charge of $10:
- HomeTeam NS (all outlets across Singapore)
- International Plaza
- Singapore Chinese Culture Centre
- Parkway Parade
- One Raffles Quay

For requested delivery timings between 7.30am to 9.30am, an additional charge of $20 ($21.80 with GST) will be incurred. For requested delivery timings between 7.30pm to 11.30pm, an additional charge of $40 ($43.60 with GST) will be incurred.

An additional surcharge of $100 ($109 with GST) per flight of stairs will be applicable for no lift landing area.
A charge of $140 ($152.60 w/GST) will be applied should customers fail to inform us on this before the event date

Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Orders must be made at least 5 working days in advance prior to function date. Menu items and time slots are subjected to availability. You are kindly advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Charges:

-Cancellations made 2 days prior to an event will be subjected to a penalty of 70% of the total bill.

-Cancellations made 1 day prior to an event will be subjected to a penalty of 100% of the total bill.

We reserve the rights to change dish of equivalent value without prior notice, subject to availability
