Notes:
* Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
* A $40 late booking fee applies to last-minute bookings.
* In case of rain, we will wait for the rain to stop and resume the BBQ.
* Alternatively, we may cook indoors (e.g., at your home) using pots, ovens, etc., while preserving the BBQ flavor.
* To postpone your event due to weather, please inform us at least 5 hours before the scheduled start time.
* Please assign someone to hold an umbrella for the chef during rain (note: chefs may get wet and smell of smoke).
* We can provide a portable pit, subject to venue management approval. Please prepare additional A3 trays.

* Each chef can handle up to 30 pax.
* For groups exceeding 30 pax, we recommend having 2 chefs and 2 pits.
* If only one chef is available, we will try to cook as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee all food will be completed on time.
* Alternatively, you may hire a chef for a 4-hour timeslot.
