Everyone was praising the food and asking who the caterer was even though the namecard was available at the buffet line. First time with food finished at the buffet. Usually there will be leftover which is very wasteful. Its not that the portions ... More are small. Everyone just keep going back for a 2nd/ 3rd helping as all items are very delicious.

Quinoa Spinach & Tomatoes with Balsamic Vinaigrette - very refreshing

Fragrant Olive & Raisin Rice with Moroccan Mint - staple which is very fragrant

Roasted New Potatoes with Herbed Rosemary - well roasted and flavourful. even someone who avoids carbs kept eating it.

Spit Roasted Chicken with Red Wine Brown Sauce - a tad dry but still yummy.

Honey Pineapple Baked Ham Served with Apple Sauce - a usual for xmas menu. very generous portion.

BBQ Pork Ribs with Honey Mustard Sauce - yummiest of the lot. very tender and flavourful meat that slides off the bone.

Pan Fried Fish Fillet with Buttered Lemon Sauce - good.

Grilled Chicken Bratwurst Sausages with Caramelized Onions - very yummy
