Nasi Goreng isn't tasty, curry puffs are burn and ain't fresh, siew mai don't look appetizing. My guest didn't touch the food at all. Very lousy and isn't tasty at all. Such a disappointment. Will not order again.

Fried goreng is oily though everything ordered is ok for consumption. Relatively the standard has dropped from prev orders.

I would like to feedback about my embarrassing dinner experience yesterday.
1. The food wasn't warm when it was delivered.
2. It was delivered at 7pm, and the food label stated - ready to eat from 6.30pm to consume by 9.30pm. However, the bento started to have a smell at 8pm. We had to rush the guest to start eating as it's started to turn bad. Some of the guest commented, the vegetable had a sour taste and we asked them to not eat it. The chicken and sauce was bland and did not have salt in it. We had to order macdonalds for the kids worth $38 as we did not want the kids to eat the bento. This is very embarrassing for us.
3. We had to throw 15 bento untouched and had to fry finger food for the guest as they did not manage to eat well.
4. I also need to inform you that after yesterday’s meal, some of our guests reported of diarrhea this morning. We are deeply concerned with the food hygiene and would like to know how to proceed with this serious matter. We suspect that the food was prepared way ahead of time.

Could you please provide us with your proposed plan for compensating us for both the uneaten food and the additional costs incurred? Whether it's through a partial refund, reimbursement for the additional expenses, or any other form of compensation.

The nasi goreng kampong was nice,teh tarik was good,however the chicken rice was yellow in colour after confirm with caterer and did not provide sambal for chicken rice which was disappointing.My guest all assume it was briyani rice as the rice was yellow in colour.There is also no indicator for the food items served upon asking from the delivery man..and upon clearing then discovered the indicator at the basket.The person who setup is not well informed.They had chili sauce for spring roll,green chili in vinegar for bee hoon but no sambal for chicken rice despite stating chicken rice set.There is also no coconut milk provided for the pulut hitam.Overall food quality and setup was ok.

-Main dishes was not up to standard. Taste quite bland
-Tea O was to thick and taste of coffee. Like the cambro was used for coffee before then now used for tea. Tea O was very bitter like tea leaves was oversoaked. Not recommended
-Water dispenser for cold drinks was dirty especially at the spout area. Cordial drink was not even sweet. Too much water added
-Portion was generous for the rice and bee hoon
-bread pudding, mini curry puffs, brownie and cheese cake delicious.
-the person who set up catering was very accommodating and helpfull. Happy with the setup and service even though the were a little late

Order for 30 pax but the fried rice can support 50pax, fried rice no taste.
Did not provide scoop for honeydew sago, it taste not nice too.
Curry chicken too thick gravy & a bit salty.
Only mee siam goreng is nice so far.
BBQ portion, prawn not good at all. Chicken wing & sweet corn OK.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FOOD VENDOR.

My experience with this vendor was horrible and distasteful. Ordered from them on the 23rd of May as my event was to be held on the 27th of May with 25 pax minimum. During the event day itself, they were extremely late! I requested for the food to be delivered at 0430PM and they came at 0710PM which is simply outrageous as some of my guests had left already. ALMOST 3 HOURS LATE??? To make things worse, they changed 4 courses out of the 6-course buffet set that I ordered from them. My experience with their salesperson and delivery team were unpleasant too as they kept telling to hold and wait which took up much patience on my end. Their delivery team were pretty rude too from his tone and unprofessionalism. The food was distasteful and not really satisfactory as they were plenty of leftovers. I will not recommend anyone to order from this vendor ever. Please stay away from this vendor

Collection time was informed to the delivery man, yet they were really late.. had to wait for them for 1 hr and 45 mins, the mgm still blame customer for not informing the mgm of the collection time, instead of the delivery man.

Order n invoice showed collection from Guillemard.. but when our driver reach there they say collect from bedok....

I had high expectation on the food coz it was gd during a wedding event but it was such a big disappointment on the catered malay dishes food n service. Alot of leftover... haiss...

Catering supposed to be done setting up at 12pm but caterers only arrived at 12.45pm. Told me they were stuck in a jam at PIE. After that, told me that they were at the carpark already but waited awhile and they didn’t show up. Still dare to ask if there’s lift when I already paid extra for the stairs. Tried calling them after that and no answer so my husband used his phone to call them and they said they were reaching. No apologies and still took their own sweet time to set things up with no sense of urgency. My guests were left hungry while waiting for the food to arrive. I was in distress. Never experienced such thing before.
