Dear sir/mdm,

I would like to feedback about my embarrassing dinner experience yesterday.
1. The food wasn't warm when it was delivered.
2. It was delivered at 7pm, and the food label stated - ready to eat from 6.30pm to consume by 9.30pm. ... More However, the bento started to have a smell at 8pm. We had to rush the guest to start eating as it's started to turn bad. Some of the guest commented, the vegetable had a sour taste and we asked them to not eat it. The chicken and sauce was bland and did not have salt in it. We had to order macdonalds for the kids worth $38 as we did not want the kids to eat the bento. This is very embarrassing for us.
3. We had to throw 15 bento untouched and had to fry finger food for the guest as they did not manage to eat well.
4. I also need to inform you that after yesterday’s meal, some of our guests reported of diarrhea this morning. We are deeply concerned with the food hygiene and would like to know how to proceed with this serious matter. We suspect that the food was prepared way ahead of time.

Could you please provide us with your proposed plan for compensating us for both the uneaten food and the additional costs incurred? Whether it's through a partial refund, reimbursement for the additional expenses, or any other form of compensation.
