Bijan

Serving portion is abit lesser than i thought but the food is not bad expect for the bubur cha cha...needs improvement!

Good food, easy communication

The side dish portion very little with a price of $8 per set is abit costing. Have also spoken to the sales person in Bijan that the bento set is purchased for worker, therefore required them to have a bigger portion but it seem like the rice portion is acceptable but not the side dish portion.

This food is good especially the seafood fried rice with a lot of prawns, sotong and mussels in it.

Food was delivered on time. Food is nicely presented and the food is delicious. The staffs are friendly and nice to liaise with. Thanks!

Food did not reach 30 mins prior to delivery time at 12pm, hence no time to warm food on time.

Food reasonably good

Plus points:
1. Caterer arrived on time
2. Food was fantastic overall
3. Decent setup

Areas can be improved on:
1. Caterer didn't put up the hari raya decor though they have it with them
2. No dish labels. It serves a purpose not only to the guests but to importantly to promote the caterer themselves
3. Bowl for dessert is too big. No dessert spoon

Initially they came setting up the buffet table without ant centrepiece or flower decoration but ive told them the table looks Naked!The Fu Yong Omellete was salty but after giving them the feedback they had prepared a new Fu Yong Omellete and other additional dishes plus the decoration, that's service recovery. Good comments on the spread and would highly recommend Bijan! Good job Well Done!

-Communication was bad; dealt with an officer named Hamzah and later saw on Facebook that he was fired but there was no personal email sent to us to let us know. Had to WhatsApp them to confirm our order.
-Closer to the date, no update til 1 minute before scheduled delivery, whereby the deliveryman said he would arrive in 15min and set up in 15min but he arrived in about 25-30min and set up in about 25min.
-Setup was bad. Food was cold because the chafing dish was big but there was only 1 burner for each dish. Chafing dish didn't fit into the base so all the steam escaped.
-Our cauliflower eventually went bad because it was not being heated properly.
-Insufficient drinks; was promised a second bottle of syrup but the man who set it up spilled it in the van and never gave it to us.
-Kangkong was mainly the stalk and not much of the leaves
