For the celebration of Deepavali, our company ordered a Deepavali Menu A-S$11.77 for 29Pax plus a vegetarian vento. The Food is Fantastic and i would give it all "5" out of "5". All our workers and office staffs enjoyed the food especially Mysore ... More Mutton Dry which was super delicious and our workers emptied it earlier than other dishes. Pepper Fish(dry), ladies Finger fry and Mutton Dalcha, although it could be better for Mutton Dalcha to add more muttons chunks. The portions of the dishes could be slightly more for 29pax though the portions of Bayani Rice was ok.

However, the delivery service was late for 45 mins giving us a reason as heavy traffic.We requested the deliveryat 6:00PM. And a set of disposable wares in which the Scoops were not included. So we had to rush last mins to neighbour stores to grab the Scoops which was not convenient and all our workers were super hungry.

Buffet starts at 1130am but they only come and setup at 1130am. Guests were all waiting for it.By the time it was setup， it was already 12+pm.

The warmer to the different dishes were not light up till we informed the prata man.end up, food was ... More cold.

Then socket to the power was cracked. We have to rush to find a new socket.

I think casurina should have tried to test it before setup.

Service should be improved greatly.

Caterer was late. Food were to be ready by 5.30pm but because of their delay, everything were ready at 5.45pm instead. Should improve in their punctuality.

Quantity of food does not seem to match what I have paid for.
