Catering Culture

This is our half yearly regular events and decided to try Foodline Catering Culture. We are very satisfied with the c. better than our regular caterer.

Caterer was caring even before sales and after sales. They are also flexible in attending to my request. High quality standard was delivered and the food was delicately awesome!! Love everything about Culture Catering!

Food was good. My guests enjoyed it.

The setting overall is nice and most guest comment food is good.
The most liking are mee goreng, grilled pepper chicken and fried rice with crabstick.

Colleagues and friends love the food.Overall it was a success.

This is for 100pax hence didn't take notice whether food portion is enough. I have tried all the food except the drink cos too busy. Only chicken drumlet & Swiss roll can pass, the rest not nice.

I must tell you the extra mile you went for us did not go unnoticed. The food is nothing short of delicious (raving reviews from my guests); the service by the staff is excellent; and of cos the newly designed deco is superbly gorgeous.

Thank you for all you have done to make today easy and happy. Help me extend our gratitude to you and your team at Catering Culture. We will definitely engage you again. Definitely!

The portion for rice was sufficient but the amount of crispy chicken was slightly below sufficient. Overall, the quality of the food is good.

Overall tastiness and quantity were above my expectation. All our guest enjoyed the dishes and were very satisfied with the food.

Everyone was complimenting the Ikan Masak Asam Pedas and Char Kueh. They were the main highlight of the catering.

The setup on punctual and the staff were efficient(fast setup).

Will definitely engage Catering Culture again via foodline is any occasion arises.

Food: Overall food was pretty good. The sauces were compatible to the food, especially for the fish balls & eggs. The ikan masak asam pedas was also good.

However, the fried chicken with asian spices was abit too hard and the sayor lodeh looks artificial and lack of the curry punch. Also, they could have added another fire below and use the metal tray cover instead as the food wasn't very hot even after 30-40mins.

Service: Very accommodating to requests by Catering Culture, since we required 2 buffet lines. Good service as staff arrived early to set up so that there wasn't a mad rush to set things up after. Just that if you need to shift your furniture, better shift it earlier since we didn't know they are here to set it up earlier.
