The catering staff had thrown all the food waste into the ... More venue's bin, which only has one trash bag in the bin, and did not help to dispose off the waste. Moreover, the trash bag broke and all the food waste ended up in the vendor's bin. Have feedback to our catering coordinator and appreciate her quick response. Hopefully there will be improvement.

Food: Overall food was pretty good. The sauces were compatible to the food, especially for the fish balls & eggs. The ikan masak asam pedas was also good.

However, the fried chicken with asian spices was abit too hard and the sayor lodeh looks ... More artificial and lack of the curry punch. Also, they could have added another fire below and use the metal tray cover instead as the food wasn't very hot even after 30-40mins.

Service: Very accommodating to requests by Catering Culture, since we required 2 buffet lines. Good service as staff arrived early to set up so that there wasn't a mad rush to set things up after. Just that if you need to shift your furniture, better shift it earlier since we didn't know they are here to set it up earlier.
