Great customer service. Called to check on the order items & delivery status. The food very great and nice. Received good feedback from my colleagues. We will definitely order it again for our next event.

Food is really good and the portion size is quite generous. However, delivery time was supposed to be 1130 but it came earlier. Wished that they can arrive on the time agreed instead but the nice food made it up for it!

Pineapple Rice is very plain. Thai Style Chicken Chop was fried with onions and carrot strips, is nice.

The food is good and portion given is pretty generous. Somehow I didn't know they are famous until my guest asked when they find the food really tasty and commented on it.

The food are very well received by the recipients. They praised as they ate. I particularly like the service of the staff Ms Shina. When I did not get the confirmation from Chang Cheng after the acknowledgement of my order, I called the telephone number provided. Subsequently Shina called me and said that the company didn’t receive my order. My heart sank, then she went through the orders patiently and finally found it. I was relieved. When I told her that we used to have problem about the delivery staff from various catering companies went to the back of the Church of St. Teresa instead of the front entrance as they claimed that they were guided by GPS. Ms Shina took the trouble to produce two pictures of the destinations, one at the back gate and one at the front entrance, she said she would ask the delivery staff to use the main entrance. On the day of my event, the staff delivered at the correct place punctually. A big thank you to Shina and team!

Not bad and colleagues satisfy with taste and amount of food. Although I didn't try it but will like to try.
