The food are very well received by the recipients. They praised as they ate. I particularly like the service of the staff Ms Shina. When I did not get the confirmation from Chang Cheng after the acknowledgement of my order, I called the telephone ... More number provided. Subsequently Shina called me and said that the company didn’t receive my order. My heart sank, then she went through the orders patiently and finally found it. I was relieved. When I told her that we used to have problem about the delivery staff from various catering companies went to the back of the Church of St. Teresa instead of the front entrance as they claimed that they were guided by GPS. Ms Shina took the trouble to produce two pictures of the destinations, one at the back gate and one at the front entrance, she said she would ask the delivery staff to use the main entrance. On the day of my event, the staff delivered at the correct place punctually. A big thank you to Shina and team!
