Our guests gave a thumbs up for the food! However, there were a couple of comments on the beef cheeks and the poulet were a tad to tough for chewing, especially for the seniors (above 70yo). The poulet dish was chicken chunks, it did not presented as roasted poulet with chestnut pudding stuffing visually to the guests. We think a Turkey dish would suit better.

Food was late - food was supposed to be ready to eat at 330pm but they only arrive at 340 to start setting up. (They were supposed to come timo set up one hour ahead). By then my guests were already abit uneasy. It was not very nice.

Food wise ... More is pretty good. fish and salad was nice. creme puff was good too. others are slightly bland. wish we can pick other types of dishes instead of having a fixed set of dishes. I would do without the sausages and the vegetables.
