Bad, food came an hour early at 4pm. The mee was tasteless, potatoes in curry was not soft enough, prawns were not very fresh (stick to shell type), the veg had a raw smell and taste, fish was quite cold when came, fishy smell that kids dun want to eat.

Delivery on time. Many choices to choose at very competitive price. The portion is also very big and more than enough for the order quantitiy.

The food were cold when delivered. Broccoli too big and did not cut it. Noodle already spoilt. Have to cook the noodle myself.

Food came in small portions we are worried not enough for guests, we added extra deep fried food from our own. The veggies are quite raw we still need to steam the veggies ourselves to fully cook them, the fish is not fresh, overall the food is not delicious.
Nowadays with this price other caterers minimally gave self heating packaging to keep the food warm. But the food came cold too.
The only good dish is the dessert , yam paste.

The quality of food was far from expectation and some of the food were not fresh.
The prawn in the Fortune Abalone Imperial Treasure Pot were not fresh and soggy.
The prawn in the Golden Prawn w Fragrance Oat were also not fresh and soggy.
The Yam Paste w Gingko Nuts was watery, lumpy and soggy. It was really embarrassing to hear our guests joking that it tasted like bubur cha cha.
The quantity ordered was for 30 pax, but the quantity of food provided was miserable and definitely not enough.
For example, the Prosperity Fortune Platter & the (L) FA CAI YU SHENG W SMOKED SALMON (大) 发财鱼生, was definitely, not enough for 30 pax.

The contact person did not respond when contacted on late set-up & collection

The set-up was poorly done with mis-match of table cloth and part of the table was not fully covered.

Had been ordering from ecreative for cakes and buffets for many years but this time is not up to expectation. We did not receive any cutlery, disposable plates and serviette except the small spoons for the mango puddings. Highlighted this to the sales personnel thru whatsapp but no response from her. During placement of order, they also keyed my order wrongly for one of the dishes. Do double check your order confirmation when they sent to you.

As for the dishes, you can see that the Imperial Treasure Pot is less than half of the container but taste wise is good. The Choco Cream puff and swiss rolls platter looks pathetic. Cannot taste the honey in the Honey Sriracha Drumlets. But the Sambal Chilli Crab Meat Seabass is good.

We ordered Golden Prosperity Set (10 pax) for dinner on 10 Feb 2024. The food are generally nice and tasty. We like Curry Chicken, Sweet & Sour Seabass and Chef’s special Crabmeat with Ebiko fried rice. Delivery is prompt and good customer service.

The food was good and tasty. The delivery personnel were friendly. Chicken curry is thick and spicy. Will order again from caterer.

All the food is nice. On Time delivery.
The price is also reasonable considered that it falls on CNY Day 1. My family praise the food quality and taste except for the noodle (I believe it soggy due to the heat)z

There’s a long delay in delivery probably due to surges in order but we were fine with that. However, some of the food items couldn’t last by the time we started eating shortly after food arrives. Likely also due to mass preparation for festive period.
It was pretty upsetting for everyone but we are glad that the service recovery was relatively good after contacting them.
