The quality of food was far from expectation and some of the food were not fresh.
The prawn in the Fortune Abalone Imperial Treasure Pot were not fresh and soggy.
The prawn in the Golden Prawn w Fragrance Oat were also not fresh and soggy.
The ... More Yam Paste w Gingko Nuts was watery, lumpy and soggy. It was really embarrassing to hear our guests joking that it tasted like bubur cha cha.
The quantity ordered was for 30 pax, but the quantity of food provided was miserable and definitely not enough.
For example, the Prosperity Fortune Platter & the (L) FA CAI YU SHENG W SMOKED SALMON (大) 发财鱼生, was definitely, not enough for 30 pax.

The contact person did not respond when contacted on late set-up & collection

The set-up was poorly done with mis-match of table cloth and part of the table was not fully covered.

Fried Butter Prawns 炸牛油虾 was not fresh.
Sliced Fish w/Spring Onion & Ginger 姜葱鱼片 did not turn out as expected. We did not expect the fish to be fried, instead of steamed or ... More boiled.
Curry Chicken 咖哩鸡肉 was not fragrant enough.
Braised Beancurd 红烧豆腐 was not fragrant enough. It seemed to be just cooked, but not braised.
Longevity Bailing Mushroom with Vegetable 百龄菇菜花 was a bit raw.
Yam Paste w/Coconut Milk 芋泥椰浆 was sour. The caterer has refused to separate the coconut milk, despite we requested for it.
Orange Cordial was too sweet.
