Delivery came a bit earlier but is alright as we requested not to light the fire yet.
Tempura prawn did not come with mayonnaise. Ngoh hiong did not come with the sauce. No tissues was provided. The table cloth has a big hole on it.
Not the first time ordering from ECreative, but this time round was a disappointment.

I requested the food to be delivered by 12:00 PM, but the delivery driver only arrived at 12:20 PM. My Director had been waiting since noon, and the late delivery caused inconvenience during an important company event. Please take note we were being promised the driver will arrive between 11am - 1130am!

What was most disappointing was the lack of communication. The driver did not provide any explanation for the delay, so we were left wondering why the delivery was late.

The food itself was good—tasty, not overly oily, and not too salty. However, the delivery service was very poor and did not meet expectations for a corporate event. To make matters worse, Ecreative Catering did not offer any compensation, apology, or refund for the delay.

Overall, while the food quality was satisfactory, the delivery service and customer support were disappointing. I would expect better reliability and accountability for time-sensitive corporate orders.

Food was delivered on time even though it was an early breakfast event. Truly a caterer I can trust.

This was my first time placing an order with ECreative. The delivery was on time, and the food served was quite good.

Everyone loved the food! Particularly, many mention the noodles being nice. There were no leftovers, testifying the quality of the food. The young people liked the cupcakes.

There was a decent amount of food which was able to feed the number of pax ordered. Setup was slightly behind schedule, there was only 1 person to set up two buffet lines which caused a slight delay, although just in time for what was required. Food quality was good and reasonable for the price paid.

Overall the food is good especially the Kampong Fried Mee Siam, Tokyo Yakitori & Otak, Tempura Prawn and Signature Curry Chicken.

Food and presentation was great and the generous serving was a bonus. Catered for an event involving elderly and all were happy and requested for additional servings!

The setup was done on time and presentation was good. Guests commented that food served were delicious. Curry chicken was very tasty, vegetables were crunchy, salted egg fish was a wow, bee hoon was also good and complemented well with the curry. The chocolate cakes were not enough because it was so good that people kept taking and taking! Overall guests enjoyed the food.
