Food was ok, potion was really small, Order 10 pax but just nice for a family of 5 only. Definitely will not be enough for 10 pax. We are not big eater and yet we can finished the whole thing. Curry was the only dish left over. Never bother to take picture cos the potion was really pathetic to post here.

Customer service took very long to response to my order. Called a few time then realised that they have sent the invoice to a wrong email address.

The only can eat is the fried rice and curry chicken.
Japanese Egg Beancurd is super salty, all fried food spring roll, mid-joint and sweet&sour fish was soggy.
Mini fruit tart taste weird, honeydew sago the santan like artificial taste.
Choosen to deliver 1230pm, but called by caterer as us either to choose 1130-1230 or 1230-1330 only. To avoid late delay my event we forced choose 1130-1230 and told dun come too early, but end up they come at 1120am.

The foods are warm and nice. They were not too oily and salty. Desserts were not too sweet. The delivery service was great.

First time ordering from ECreative, and I was pretty impressed by the choice of food and number of courses (7 course for $9.90/pax is very good value today). Chicken curry was very delicious and it was almost wiped out by my guests. Pineapple fried rice was a little sweet but not overboard. Four seasons vegetables were nicely cooked (not overcooked until brown). Mini cream puffs were not that mini too!

On the service side, however, they took a while to call me back to confirm the order (first call about 3 business days after I placed the order online), and somehow we kept missing each other's calls for the next few days. But the most important thing was that my order was already confirmed online, and when I got through on the phone, they assured me that the food will be delivered on time. All good.

Fish skin was not crispy by the time we consumed. Ordered honeydew sago but received fruit cocktail with longan. Other than that, generally okay.

This round the food arrive 1 hour earlier than lunch time. Some of the chicken thigh were still bloody inside. The chicken will be better if fried crispier and will solve the 'bloody' issue as above.

The delivery man was friendly and nice, however, the bee hoon was very dried. have to eat together with the curry, vegetables were hard and too little for 60 paxs.

2 dishes we wanted were replaced by other items as there were out of stock . Food is ok but not as good as before

The caterer arrived on time and was quick to set up. The food was decent and the price very reasonable.

Food arrive on time as advised. The cooking were palatable and portion were enough. Will be supper if caterer could provide some chilli or bottle of chilli!
The delivery people came on time to clear and collect back.
