ECreative Catering Pte Ltd

I order cny buffer for 35 persons. Foodline informed me to contact Ecreative if I didn't recieve the confirmation the next day. I called Ecreative and the staff said will send me the invoice at the end of the day but they didn't. I called 3 times and every time they failed to do what they said. Only when I called foodline to cancel the order then they send me the invoice. However, they only delivered food for 30 persons instead of 35 persons. I requested for refund of the charges for 5 persons. Foodline said eCreative will contact me within 7 days. But I didn't recieve any reply from ecreative. I am disappointed with both foodline and ecreative. As I ordered foodline through foodline, foodline failed to follow up my order and my claims.

Delivery was done timely. Good service provided. Catering was for family Chinese new year gathering. Food was decent.

Food delivery was on time and ok. setup is fast. Rice only half finished as relatives prefer standby home cook white rice instead. curry almost finished. overall is value for money but the ecreative sale person wanted me to paynow earlier than catering date and i transferred accordingly but i needed to called them up to checked whether they received cause they never acknowledge payment received through whatapp.

Delivery 10.30am from initial schedule at 12pm. Driver say - Accept it or sent at 2pm instead .. Understand is peak season in CNY day 1 but best to notify few days earlier and was notified only 30min earlier on the same day . Resulting we need to rush Back home .

Food - miss the same quantity ( base on 30 pax ) and quality which I order previously in Y2020 from the same

The food was not up to my expectation as the yusheng veg was too less and the food has not enough taste. Quality was less as well.

I like the Fa Cai Yu Sheng, Curry Chicken and Yam Rice w Mushroom. For the Curry Chicken, portion is generous.

As for Yam Ring Precious Treasure, it would be nice if the portion can be more.

Overall, the portion is enough for 10 of us

The chicken curry was a disappointment, as the gravy was diluted. Food was cold when delivered. Premium Treasure Pot was the best, with really nice ingredient.

Disappointing as it is cold and not as tasty.... the fried items are also not crispy... the better ones are the herbal chicken , the rice and the Fa Cai Yu sheng

Delicious food for our reunion dinner but disappointed to find dried leaf in the chicken tray. No respond from Ecreative Catering.

Delivery on time. Food taste not bad. Cutlery provided, very convenient. Fuss free and ease gathering.
