Timing of event was 6pm. Food only arrived at around 7.15pm, 1h 15 min late. I was panicking as guests were here since 6pm. I tried to call the office but it was already after working hours so there was no pick up of call. Was hoping for a call from the company to update status but there was none. Food were super cold but guests were hungry and did not want to wait for me to warm up the food by microwave and air-fryer. Actually food tasted ok after I warm them up but it was a bad experience thinking whether the food will come and making the guests wait so long. Was thinking of ordering food From Grab as I thought my order will not be delivered. Hope company will do something about their operations and be more contactable by customers.

Food was great, guests also gave positive feedback! Delivery was punctual and service was pleasant :)

The food is nice, and it is sufficient for pax of 28 for our company event.
This is our 2nd order for Ecreative since our last event in 2019. Recommended!

Glad that Ecreative accept last minute order while others caterer require at least 2 days order in advance. Food portion is a lot and yummy.

Repeated order from them yearly before and after covid restriction. Portion is smaller compared to before pandemic (one tray with two dishes). Honey prawns, Thai pineapple rice were nice. Their sweet pastry is good too. Bee hòon too blend. Overall their food is not bad. If can go back to previous generous portion will be ideal.

Delicious food but there was 1 dish missing/replaced (Spring roll) without prior notice. Please work on the communications internally to avoid incomplete/incorrect delivery.

Order from the caterer if you are looking for satisfied and happy consumers. we reordered 5th time. ^_^

Delivery on time. Food portion is generous. However the fried rice is undercooked, rice is hardened. Veg sauce seems abit sour. All other dishes are nice. :) will consider order from them again.

The delivery slot was 5-6pm and it came at 5.01pm. Very fuss free and prompt. The whole order was easy as well. Food was pretty tasty like zichar standard, with all the necessary utensils packed well. Overall it was a very pleasant experience
