Bad customer service as per my previous review
(1) did not notify of food change agead of time
(2) buffet set up early and wanted to remove early. Also did not cater the 2 sets of buffet tables as required.

Caterer called to switch drink as they didnt hv pink guava. Option of coffee box was convenient. The dishes were all nice including yakitori/otak & breaded fish & chips & brocoli/mushroom/scallop.

Food quantity and quality is acceptable, but really need to improve on their customer service.

1) they did not have salad prawn on that day, but did not call us to notify and just changed to wheat prawn on their own discretion. Only when the office is opened the next day, then they tell you they're trying to call to inform us of the change.

2) I booked 2 sets of 50 pax buffet and staggered 1 hour apart, when the cater came to set up, he told me he only had 1 set of tables and will need to keep my first set of buffet at 6pm. (Setup time was 4-5pm, because guest coming at 5pm). He blamed it on the office stating that the buffet is from 4-6pm only. I appreciated that the setup guy in the end managed to get the 2nd set of tables (for my 2nd set of buffet), but while I agreed that he can come and collect at 9:30pm (ahead of the 10pm agreed timing on the invoice), he came at 9:10pm and wanted to start clearing.

Good value, but perhaps I'm unlucky to meet with food item that was unavailable and not so professional setup team. Hope that customer service will improve on future orders.

Great catering provider. Setup came 30 minutes earlier and the food is good. Came with Mini Chocolate E'clair as complimentary as well.

Food was warm and sufficient enough for sec sch Boys who were in a camp. Also delivered on time as well.

Good variety offering. Menu was value for money and min. pax was acceptable. Delivery and set up was acceptable.
