Caterer was prompt to answer all our queries and kind to give us extra free 1 kg Christmas log cake.

Food was fairly good and Christmas decor for food counter was nice. The downside, we received feedback that food portion was not enough to feed 65 pax. Will suggest caterer to increase bigger food portion next time.

It was alright. . Expect better but edible until someone found something in the vegetable. Hope they improve

Order their buffet for a kids birthday party. If not for their mini burger I will not order from them. The sales staff is not friendly and helpful, not even willing to let me change the food item when I just need to change the Pineapple fried rice to the normal one. Never mind, then I change the timing from 5.30pm setup to 4.30pm but it came at 5.45pm!! They are uncontactable during weekends, no backup staff to reach out and I don't have their driver contact too. I was panicking what time my food will be ready because my guests start coming in already. Don't order their fried food, it was cold, soggy and hard as it was not on the food warmer. Broccoli and Oriental Fried rice was bland, rice was abit hard too. Only the mini burger was wiped out fast, there is alot of leftover because it was not that tasty. Very very very disappointed and I will not recommend to my relatives and friends and I will not order from them again!

The foods of the quantity is able to cater to 60pax. Has been request gold table cloth , some deco, add on extra table but end up all never do. Over all the Ambience was so plain.

BE WARNED! Family, colleagues and myself ordered from them many times through foodline and other channels previously. This time round, the portioning was very poor. Ordered 35 pax for 25 people, but fried rice was already finished after 15 guests. Extra rice had to be ordered through other sources.
We contacted them the day after PH, the kitchen said that it is how 35pax will look like, 4 tablespoon per pax. Promised to return call with regards to compensation on shortchange of food but never get back to us. Simply put, they ignored the whole situation. This will be the last time we order from them.

Curry chicken not enough can go only 1 round . Kampong mee siam too dry . Seafood fried rice is bland . Kampong mee siam & fried rice portion too much. Maybe next time we can try to reduce the portion of the rice and mee siam to half instead. Prawn paste chicken wings are a bit hard to bite. The fruit punch drink should provide more as due to hot weather, the drink was finished fast before the ice melt, and we even needed to top up with other drinks. As for the rest of the food, the portions are just nice with a bit of leftovers. Overall, still ok, we will conside to order from eCreative again.

Portion is not enough as my order for 30pax but actual we have only 26pax (4 kids).
Thai Tofu is hard. Tokyo yakitori n otak is good.

What about 1 ladle for vegetarian and non vegetarian main… and your staff was completely non apologetic and simply forced us to sign off so they can leave. No plates for Sauces. No food tags given. Food did not taste good.

Arrival 10mins before ready time. In the end my guest arrive at 12noon got to wait for them to setup. Need to prepare water for warming the food but no water source as we host at void deck. Food wasn’t fantastic but they are cooked and editable. As told that clearing of food at 3.30 but we waited till 5.40 then come and clear up. It will be better to provide driver contact number so we do need need to keep reaching the landline without receiving reply.

Yam paste was spoilt by 2.45pm when it arrives at around 1.30pm.

For 70over pax orders, but drink dispenser only was given one instead of 2tubs and drinks are quite diluted.

Food was delivered super late despite we have specially indicates to arrive between 12pm to 1pm, resulting guests all have to wait for the food arrival.

Super bad experience of food delivered later than indicated time and all starts to turn bad before the specific timing of consumption. Would probably think twice in ordering from this caterer.
