The delivery guy who set up was polite, arrived punctually and was very nice and accommodating to redo the set-up when informed it was the preferred set-up.
Food look fresh and vibrant. The mixed vegetables was terrible - undercooked and ... More tasteless. The spring rolls were tough and chewy. The chicken and egg were passable. The sweet & sour fish was the best dish - tangy and tasty enough and the fish was not tough.
Portion size overall was good except for the mango pudding which did not have any extra portions.

The food and presentation for me is great. All of the food to me is delicious. the breaded fish with tartar dip and chocolate eclair was the guest favourite. The crew is polite and fast response. The minus is they are 30 mins late when setting up ... More and clean up, and didn't give extra plate, if we order 30, then we will just receive 30. Overall, i would recommend this caterer.

What about 1 ladle for vegetarian and non vegetarian main… and your staff was completely non apologetic and simply forced us to sign off so they can leave. No plates for Sauces. No food tags given. Food did not taste good.

Deliver was more than 10 minutes late and delayed our event, The vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The curry chicken was good but may be spicy for some people.
