Drink is not chill and food came wrongly. Ordered tiramisu but came chocolate mousse. Disappointing.

The food is generally acceptable. Some of the guests gave good feedback.

However, I am VERY disappointed with the catering service. I ordered and paid for 4 round tables and 32 chairs and they actually missed out to deliver and it is also not reflected in the Delivery Order. I asked the delivery guy if they can arrange someone else to deliver it but he said the office has closed for the day and no one can attend to my order. He gave me the Salesperson mobile number but she refused to answer my call and respond to my messages. It left us feeling helpless looking at the almost empty function room with only 10 small tables and 20 over chairs for more than 60 guests. Most guests left standing around to eat and mingle.

There is no sincere apology or remedy from the caterer except to refund back to us the rental cost for the tables and chairs. Very disappointed and unprofessional service.

Was rather disappointing. Portion is enough but it is because the guests are not eating. All the food felt dry like prepared a while ago. There was only 1 food serving spoon, two would be better.

Setup was fast, clear was a mess.
as the collect is at about 9.30pm came before that time and we are packing the left over food into container. staff just took over and load all container in a messy order and stuffing all chicken wing into container despite having plastic bag at the side for chicken wings.

jerrycan is dirty inside as there is black residue when it's near empty, mango pudding turn in to liquid.

Rubbish bag is being left behind for the host to throw it which is a 1st for me. (not sure is it we are suppose to throw or the catering staff should throw)

over food is great, recommend ee fu noodle and avoid mini burger as it get mushy.

Collection was quite late (after 6pm) and hotline was not available when we called. Prawn was too battered and portion of yam paste could be more. Good to have complimentary mango pudding but less sweet would be good.

Has been ordering from this caterer for a few years. But this year quality and quantity has dropped significantly. Amount of food in photo was for 30 pax and was certainly not enough for everyone. There were kids too and they did not eat much. Delivery was also late for 40mins

The food was just okay, but the quality was quite poor and the portion size was disappointing. Despite raising the issue, no discount, refund, or replacement was offered. Overall, it was not a satisfactory experience.

Food was ok. But service is extremely bad. My venue had a cut-off timing (4pm) and during the order, it was stated to end at 3pm, so I have a 1h buffer.

However, the caterer did not appear even well after 4.30pm, and I have to shift all the stuff out myself as the venue was already locked up.

Throughout the whole ordeal, the caterer was uncontactable and even Foodline was unable to contact them. Extremely bad.

Delivery was smooth. I like the curry chicken and siew mai best. Honeydew sago was disappointing as it tasted plain. Seaweed chicken quite hard to bite..

Food came late, cannot contact driver as no details avail.
Food not enough I pay for 55 pax food only serve for 30 pax, rice was enough for second serving but rest of the item… sweet and sour fish was tasteless and the tofu too super dry no and hard… I order it specially for kids but it was terrible.

I purchased E creative for all my kids party but this time round I shall ban it, disappointment.
Pay for $669 for 30pax serving whereby it should be 55pax.. I have to go order more food for my guests !
