We ordered from same caterer previously. Food generally quite ok, colleagues liked the curry chicken..

Think maybe they had too many orders, caterer could only come back to collect the trays about 3 hr later than the original agreed timing. One dish was out of stocks and had to be replaced with something else, but caterer also agreed to my request to replace one of the prawn dishes, which was quite nice of them.

The complimentary prawn tempura didn't come though. :(

Good variety. Flexible, fast delivery. and value price. We were recommended this by a friend.l It would be good to have a more direct contact and to show how to contact the caterer urgently when needed.

Delivery on time, food is kept steaming even after 2 hours. able ito customize the category is a plus point. price is good.

Food value for money. The deco layout need to improve. The curry chicken was delicious. The food label and Halal certificate were missed out

The Otak Pocket Pau and Tempura Prawn are really tasty! Ordered for 65 Pax and they gave 65 mini fruit tarts and 65 Otak Pocket Pau,could be more generous in the quantity provided. Overall food was good.

Steam Otak Pocket Pau is something new and was quite delicious being well liked but all the guests.
Sweet & Sour Fish, personally i do not like the sauce being poured on the dish and is suggesting that the caterer may want to consider to leave the sauce a side for guests to dip or eat without sauce.

Despite CNY, Most items are still available for selection.
Delivery personnel was great and provide advise on how to better position the buffet line.

Oriental fried rice was disappointed see attached. So plain you can count the carrot and maize cute. This round the curry chicken cut too big pieces, gravy so watery and not enough to serve individual.

Delivery and collection are on time. All my guests love the curry chicken. Overall, the food is acceptable.

I always order from ecreative, i think overall experience is good. The food is better than average. However is not the company problem, i think all buffet metal trays look kinda of "not so clean". The stool need to be slightly more clean too. abit sticky on top and the legs are abit dirty to be placed in the house.
