Firstly, I requested delivery for 6:30pm and the invoice indicated delivery at 5-6pm. The food was however sent to me at 4:15pm and the excuse given by the deliverer was that he have too many deliveries so he have to deliver mine to me first. My guests were all coming at 6pm and they had to end up eating cold food.
Secondly, both of my items on the menu were changed without any acknowledgement. The lady only called on Friday telling us that Honeydew Sago was out of stock which I also don’t understand why and how. They change the chicken from Tokyo Yakitori to Thai Chicken. And the Homemade Prawn Ball to Sotong Ball. I really got a shock after getting home and seeing these two items on my table.
Lastly, the in charge said on Sunday that she will get back to me on Monday but ended up she was on half day leave and up till now I have yet to hear anything from her.

Positives:
Delivery was well on time. Food serving was abundant, food tasted well and it's value for money.

Negatives:
The major disappointment was the menu blunder. I ordered curry chicken but lemon/fried chicken was served instead. So basically there was no gravy/curry in the box. Some of my family, including me had to swallow down the dry food.

Overall food was excellent, would be perfect if food was delivered warm. Was disappointed that dessert was not corrected to honey dew and sago.

Honestly, if I regret choosing this caterer for many reasons:

Sin Chow Bee Hoon is the best dish from the whole list. Bee Hoon is so nice I would rather eat it neat without any stuff. There is hardly any left overs.

Yam Paste with Gingko is ok, not the best, but acceptable. Not too sweet and nothing to complain about.

Deep Fried Ngoh Hiong is free, but I find it not bad to be honest.

Curry Chicken was ok, huge chicken pieces. However, I find it disappointing because there was not much potato or most has ald melted. I have definitely had better ones from other caterers.

Fragrance Honey Prawns is a huge disappointment. I chose this caterer because this item looks refreshing, however, the prawns are very stale prawns, not fresh at all. How do I know? The shells are stuck to the prawns and it is very difficult to peel it off. On top of it, after finally peeling off the shells, you put it into your mouth only to find it VERY HARD, like stone! *rolls eyes*

Spring Rolls is soggy, and well, not appetising at all. Go for other items.

The sweet and sour fish is also hard. there was so much left that the family ate it for Sunday lunch, dinner, Monday Lunch, dinner, Tuesday Lunch and there is still loads more. I should not have chosen this. #regret

Kai Lan with mushroom is the 2nd best dish here. taste is there, mushroom and kai lan in abundance.

Ok, I have had many caterers before. Honestly, this is my first and last time with this caterer.

The food was not even warm when reached our house. Overall the taste of food is not very excellent. Can be improved.

Service was excellent when i needed to change delivery date, Ecreative staff was very prompt and helpful. The food is delivered punctually and the taste was decent and portion is just nice, great value for this price. Will cater again :)

Handy and convenient lunch to go in bento. Savoury and portions are generous. Good for large groups event.

Delivery was on time. Value for money, curry chicken is has a very unique taste unlike normal curry chicken from other caterers.
