Delivery guy gave a cold look & no response when greeted?..

Firstly, I requested delivery for 6:30pm and the invoice indicated delivery at 5-6pm. The food was however sent to me at 4:15pm and the excuse given by the deliverer was that he have too many deliveries so he have to deliver mine to me first. My guests were all coming at 6pm and they had to end up eating cold food.
Secondly, both of my items on the menu were changed without any acknowledgement. The lady only called on Friday telling us that Honeydew Sago was out of stock which I also don’t understand why and how. They change the chicken from Tokyo Yakitori to Thai Chicken. And the Homemade Prawn Ball to Sotong Ball. I really got a shock after getting home and seeing these two items on my table.
Lastly, the in charge said on Sunday that she will get back to me on Monday but ended up she was on half day leave and up till now I have yet to hear anything from her.

The food was not even warm when reached our house. Overall the taste of food is not very excellent. Can be improved.

The food was sent 1hr earlier. The staff has mess up the time.
The rice and Bee Hoon portion so big and the veg so little.
The drink so diluted.

There is no food tags placed on the trays. Tempura prawn does not come with tartar sauce or mayonnaise. Butter crayfish is the worst dish. Not very fresh and too dry. Portion is just barely sufficient for 30 pax, meaning each person can only take 1 piece of each.

Fried Mee Siam is tasteless with only a few stripes of egg on it. Whole tray of mee siam was left untouched. Delivery guy was late with slow setup. Time of event was 3pm but delivery guy came and set up at 3pm instead. No indication of food was given.

The food is cold. Cereal Prawn is lumpy and soaky. Curry chicken only have a few piece of potatoes and is cold. Sweet and sour fish is very dry and tasteless with no sauce added to it. I order mini fruit tarts and seaweed chicken but was wrongly given mango pudding and fried samosas. Never provide disposable plates and cutlery. Never provide disposable serving spoons. Quite disappointed.

Worst experience I ever had and felt very embarrased to my friends and relatives for ordering lousy food.
Mixed Cabbage was unedible, turned bad with soury taste.
Seafood Ee Fu Mee not delivered and Fai Cai Yu Sheng short delivered by 1 plate resulted no LOHEI as the existing plate with Salmon yu sheng had turned bad. Balance dishes not enough for 30 pax. Will never never order from this caterer again.

We indicated the ready-to-serve timing as 12.30pm but the food was here before 11.30am, it was too early probably because of the packed schedule during the festive period. Taste wise, food is on the salty side, can improve in this aspect.
